Chip Zdarsky’s ongoing Daredevil run is crossing over with the bigger King in Black occasion in January. All of it begins with January’s Daredevil #26, the primary of a two-part tie-in with the darkish occasion.
“A satan consumed! Matt faces a darkness not like any earlier than,” reads Marvel’s solicitation for Daredevil #26. “In the meantime, Elektra could also be in over her head for the primary time in her life. Daredevil should discover the power to proceed the combat as all hell breaks free.”

The “darkness” Marvel refers to would presumably be Knull, the darkish god of symbiotes that is on the middle (and the namesake) of King in Black. The core occasion sequence by author Donny Cates and artist Ryan Stegman begins in December, with quite a few tie-ins – now together with Daredevil #26.
“New York is in chaos, Matt’s life is in chaos, so it appeared like the proper time to throw Knull into the combination!” Zdarsky tells Newsarama.
This King in Black tie-in shall be drawn by returning sequence artist Marco Checchetto together with Mike Hawthorne, who was beforehand introduced as becoming a member of the rotating artwork group starting in November’s Daredevil #24.
“Marco and Mike carry on knocking it out of the park on the ebook and this two-parter has each of them sharing artwork duties as Matt comes head to head with the King in Black!,” Zdarsky continues.
